• Sure! We will make sure that the teams are mixed and have people with communications,marketing experience,but also people with political understanding of the issue. A quick read will equip you better!

I know about the issue and would love to work on it,but I never heard about SMM and never planned a communications campaign,can I join?

• Again,of course! Your knowledge will be an asset and you will gain experience and some basic skills in communications.

It’s still a weekend. Why should I take part?

• If you are a student – you will put in practise your knowledge and skills (be it the understanding of political situation or all the marketing stuff you’ve studied) and will develop your own communications campaign.

n

• If your campaign is going to win,you will have the chance to implement it and see its results. We want it to be BIG.  You can add it afterwards to your CV,portfolio,etc

n

• We will invite people from embassies,inteational organisations and civil society to listen to the pitches. They might be interested in your team’s idea or in other potential campaigns. You will have a chance to talk to them. We believe in the power of connections.

• And come on,we all know that organisations,state actors and political initiatives are investing more and more in communications. If you are a communications expert already,you will get a better understanding of the area. If you are a student or civil society representative,you will understand how communications work and how one day you can make your campaign spread on the national level.

• Besides,it is a weekend with fun new people,team spirit,some competition and a lot of creativity.

Is it free?

• Absolutely! We will also cover the costs for participants from the region. Food and caffeine will also be provided! If you are leaving in Tbilisi and would like to host a participant from the region,please let us know.
