As part of the Promoting Community Policing in Lebanon Project, co-implemented by FIIAPP and CIVIPOL in collaboration with DRI and funded by the EU,partnership agreements have been signed with six CSOs working in targeted localities across Lebanon. The primary goal of the agreements is to support municipal police activities and help a transformation into community policing services.
In Tripoli,Al Midan CSO is dedicated to enhancing the municipal police’s capacity to communicate effectively with local citizens and respond to their enquiries through social media platforms.

In Kfarshima and Kfardebian,Terre Liban and Auberge Beity Association,respectively,collaborate with the municipal police and local citizens to find a solar lighting solution to illuminate the dim streets of their villages.


In Jezzine,Development for People and Nature Association conduct awareness-raising activities with the municipal police to improve their communication skills with locals,aiming to achieve collective agreement on various initiatives for the village.

In Jabal Al Sheikh Union of Municipalities,Environment for Life Association brings together union police,municipal police,and local activists to install solar light solutions on public administration buildings and schools across the union.
