The Regard Citoyen electoral observation mission is made up of four civil society organisations, including the Réseau National d’Observation et de surveillance des élections au Congo (RENOSEC), the Réseau pour la Gouvernance économique et la Démocratie ( REGED), Rien sans les Femmes (RSLF), and the Réseau des Organisations de Droits Humains et d’éducation civique d’inspiration chrétienne (RODHECIC). Its mission is to observe and monitor elections impartially, with a view not only to involving citizens in the management of public affairs, but also to guaranteeing electoral integrity and transparency, promoting the responsibility of all stakeholders and reducing potential conflicts.
