In collaboration with project partners European Partnership for Democracy, DRI’s Digital Democracy Policy efforts in this project are focused on analysing the current landscape of implementation and legal implications of the Digital Services Act. This project will see the publication of three policy briefs that will analyse the implications of converting the Code of Practice on Disinformation into a formal Code of Conduct, how the DSA interacts with overlapping regulations and setting the course forward for advocacy efforts.
