This project empowers Moldovan civil society to actively influence national policies and drive the country’s EU integration by engaging civil society organizations (CSOs) in policy processes across national, local, and digital spheres. The implementing organisations: European Partnership for Democracy (EPD), the Center for Policies and Reforms (CPR Moldova), Democracy Reporting International (DRI), People in Need (PIN), the European Association for Local Democracy (ALDA), and CONTACT Centre (CC).
Through technical and financial support for 70 Moldovan CSOs, this project provides the essential tools and resources needed to amplify their voices and achieve lasting impact. It also fosters dialogue and collaboration with public authorities, ensuring that civil society becomes a key player in advancing democracy in Moldova.
DRI provides expertise in policy dialogue and supports Moldovan civil society’s knowledge of digital policies in the EU accession context. It implements coursework for CSOs to monitor social media on democracy-related topics in the electoral context and fosters digital democracy across the country.
