The Justice, Rule of Law, Human Rights, Institutions “JEDI II” project aims to strengthen Tunisia’s rule of law by improving access to justice, enhancing judicial efficiency, and promoting human rights awareness. Through a three-fold approach, the project empowers citizens with knowledge of their legal rights, supports administrative justice institutions in delivering better services, and fosters inclusive public debates on fundamental rights. Key activities include nationwide awareness campaigns, digital legal tools, judicial capacity-building, and participatory media programs. Implemented in partnership with Tunisian civil society organizations (Mourakiboun, ATMA, GI4T, Munathara), JEDI II adopts a people-centred and digitally innovative approach to bridge the gap between citizens and justice institutions.
